LAY-OUT
The bungalow suites comprise a bedroom, luxury bathroom, living room with a luxurious open plan kitchen and two terraces. It truly is a unique setting in the middle of the vineyard and the homes have a luxurious, modern feel. A communal swimming pool with a bar/restaurant is also built and all facilities and workshops of the vineyard are also accessible.

TWO TYPES
There are 2 types of bungalows; the suites and the villa suites.
The first row, the villa suites, are in front of the vineyards and have great views.
Most of them are south or south-east facing. This type (first row) have a size of 52 m².
Each bungalow suite has two private terraces, one in front and one at the side with a pergola for great outside dining. The living room is very bright and has an open plan luxury kitchen. Further there is a bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

The other type is located on the second and third-row (up) and these suites have the same layout and a total size of 42 m².

All suites are built with high-quality materials and the finishing is very nice in a modern style.

RENTAL OPTION
You can choose to have the suite as your private holiday home, to rent them out or to combine the both. There is the on-site rental team from the estate that will do all the tasks related to the rentals. If you choose to rent out for investment you will get a guaranteed return on investment of 3% for the first four years.

LOCATION
Located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, a selection of local restaurants, services, andvarious beaches are just a short drive away. Ferragudo and Portimao are as well on a short drive distance. Faro airport is 45 minutes and various award-winning golf resorts are within 5 minutes drive.
