As a Sales Support Specialist, you are the vital bridge between potential buyers and our estate agents. You play a key role in converting warm leads into successful viewing appointments and guiding clients through their buying journey in Portugal.
Every client’s journey is unique. Some are ready to make a decision, while others need guidance and market insights.
Client Profiling: Actively listen to prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and timeline.
Advisory & Qualification: Identify mortgage/financial advice needs and establish concrete travel plans for viewings.
Lead Conversion: Proactively guide warm leads toward scheduled viewing appointments.
Agent Collaboration: Partner closely with estate agents to curate matching properties, organize viewing schedules, and support on-site logistics.
Relationship Nurturing: Re-engage clients who didn't buy immediately, keeping them updated on new listings to secure future viewings.

Languages: Native/Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.

Experience: Real estate experience is a plus, but the right commercial attitude and eagerness to learn are key.
